How AMAY 111 Membership Works

AMAY 111 is an exclusive Club for Entrepreneurs that has empathy and growth at its heart.

Membership of AMAY 111 consists of:

Syndicate Membership – for guaranteed financial gain
Club Membership – a social club with à la carte dining
Foundation Membership – making a difference

As an AMAY 111 Member you will join 9 other Members to create a Syndicate of 10.

10 Members (a couple or an individual) = 1 Syndicate
10 Syndicates = 1 Club totalling 100 Members

“AMAY” stands for “A Million Arbitrage Yield”

Each Member accrues a gain of £1,000,000 over their 10 years of Membership
Member assets are guaranteed safe, so Membership is risk-free

Syndicate Membership

In order to join AMAY 111, Members must:

Lend AMAY 111 £1,000,000 for a period of 10 years
Refer one other qualified Member

Members can:

Be in 1 Syndicate per Club
Be in a maximum of 3 Syndicates

Syndicate Membership costs £110,000 and lasts for 10 years. From the very first month Members start to receive re/payments on their loan. All Members receive:

£6,000 per month during years 1 – 5
£10,000 per month in year 6
£20,000 per month in year 7
£30,000 per month in year 8
£40,000 per month in year 9
£55,000 per month in year 10

This equates to £2,000,000 accrued during their 10 years of Membership. Their initial loan of £1,000,000 doubles.

Club Membership

Exclusive Social & Dining Clubs hosted in prestigious venues initially in the UK, followed by Europe and around the world.

Members are invited to dine 3 times per year
Any Club venue is available, national or international
À La Carte menus lavishly prepared by top chefs & premier cru wines
Networking with like-minded individuals of similar status
Smoking or non-smoking evenings available

Club Membership is £55,000 paid at inception and is valid for life.

Foundation Membership

The jewel in the AMAY 111 crown – AMAY 111 Foundation Membership. Three Foundations bring the ethical aspect of AMAY 111 to the fore:

The Earth Foundation will focus on healing nature and the environment
The Well-Being Foundation will help improve the lives of people regardless of race or location
The Children’s Foundation will address the many pressing issues relating to children’s welfare

Membership of the Foundation requires a donation of £55,000. Members will be asked to allocate their donation, in increments of £5,000, between these 3 Foundations.
